What's really crazy is that this is probably the first time we've ever seen a person genuinely excited to play for a team. Usually we always get the same generic "I'm happy to be here" "Grateful for the opportunity" "It's a great organization" blah blah but this time, we're seeing a player who in the pre-draft process was excited to visit the Pats, over the years he's made it clear he's loved the Pats. In interviews he's said he grew up a Pats fan. And now he's a part of the team and you can just see the childhood excitement. We never see that.

@bobbybisshh @NFLFrascella Am I a Pats fan? Yes. Does my fandom have anything to do with what anyone with eyes can see? AJ Brown is simply excited to be a Patriot, this isn't news. We've all known for years he's liked the Pats growing up, he's said it himself. What's your point?
