Nelson arrived on the music scene in 1990 to mtv support, extensive radio play, and much fanfare…but they never got the acceptance and support of the hair metal community due to their “manufactured” image. @HairMetalGuru and the roundtable discuss their debut album here: https://t.co/GNPb07CUrh
@coolasice232@HairMetalGuru Excellent album. It’s not metal at all, but great pop rock. Their newer albums are solid as well. Peace Out (2015) is a favorite of mine.
@mitchlafon I’m going to say it. 18 til I Die > Load
My opinion but I’m saying this as a huge early Metallica fan—which probably explains why I don’t like Load.
@HairMtlMessiah Solid album with several killer tracks like I Saw Red, Mr Rainmaker and Blind Faith. I don’t need to listen to Cherry Pie again, but I never skip it on playlists. Dog Eat Dog is my favorite Warrant album though.
today, the @HairMetalGuru discusses the best and worst music video’s of the genre! what was skid row’s best video? what was warrant’s worst? join us for the fun here: https://t.co/y1uboCV2XS
@KTrain939913 I know it’s hard to pick just one guitar riff, but damn, Warren’s riffs in RATT’s “Lay It Down” and “Your in Love” would be my top picks.
