Insane to think that all through the 90s we were told we absolutely had to let the Klan march in American cities to protect free speech and now they're withholding diplomas, firing people, imposing travel bans, qmd running weekslong smear campaigns for saying the word genocide.
can we also stop pretending “роrn addiction” isn’t a dogwhistle? project 2025 explicitly states the goal of outlawing “transgender ideology” and classing its purveyors as sеx offenders under the guise of banning роrnography. it’s their stated goal! point blank! it’s not a secret!

This violates Article 52 of Additional Protocol (I) Geneva Conventions, but international law clearly doesn’t apply to the U.S. and Israel.
A package of age verification bills that will impact the ENTIRE internet. After markup it gets sent to the House. There is a lot of lobbying on both sides to get these passed, but the reason they haven't so far is public pushback. IT WORKS.

“i hope you die” is boring and basic. “i hope your favorite horror franchise becomes pro-israel, pro-AI, and does sponsored ads for gambling apps” is terrifying. its real. it could happen to you
in the vein of classics like conan the barbarian and elric of melniboné, charles r. saunders pioneered the "sword and soul" subgenre, sword and sorcery stories inspired by african cultures + mythology. imaro was one of the first sword and sorcery novels to have a black author!
You must provide your ID, but they can wear masks and conceal their identities.
You must comply with every order, even when they ignore the very laws they’re sworn to uphold.
You’re told to prioritize the officer’s “safety,” while his masked buddies surround your car armed to the teeth.
You can't be armed, but they’re armed with military-grade weapons and authorized to use them to enforce compliance.
You can't protest or "interfere", but they can enter your homes, detain your children, and kill your neighbors.
You can't film them, but they can monitor your movements, scan your license plate, and track your location in real time.
You can be fined and imprisoned for one wrong move, but they’re shielded by qualified immunity, and legally allowed to deceive you during questioning.
At some point, the power dynamic reversed.
Public servants became untouchable authorities, and abuse of power was rebranded as “order.” In the process, we’ve normalized state-sanctioned extortion, brutality, and subservience to law enforcement.
If these profound double standards don’t alarm you, it’s not because they aren’t there. It’s because you’ve been trained not to notice. That’s how we got here.
It's time to start noticing and say no more...
I dont think people understand how big it is that a general strike, even for 1 day, is gaining as much steam as it it, to the point where the Minnesota AFL-CIO is endorsing and participating.
JD Vance isn’t this stupid, so what he’s doing here is deliberate and evil.
You don’t just need “some kind of warrant” to enter a home. You need a warrant from the judiciary.
He knows this. He knows they’re breaking the law when they enter a home with an administrative warrant.
He uses the phrase “administrative law judges” to mislead.
An administrative warrant comes from DHS. They are writing their own “warrants,” which makes them no more valid under the Fourth Amendment than if a random person wrote on a piece of paper, “I can enter your house.”
