@Readthemotto1 @EAHelp So, i used the ones on https://t.co/9sYXkSd2Pv, first the general ps4 ones, then there is a page on there with the anthem specific ones. I still had the password change prompt come up, but changing it actually worked and I got in. https://t.co/lny7p8BzI2 search site for Anthem.

@EAHelp I've been trying since sunday 1st of march. Currently tried upgrading passwords on psn and ea accounts (promt says password too weak) and I've adjusted the DNS settings on the ps4. Currently pointing at googledns, but I will try adjusting when i get home again.

@Readthemotto1 @EAHelp Sorry to jump in on this, but @EAHelp I'm in a similar situation. On PS4 in UK and either I get the same connection issue screen or I get a prompt to change my password, which just hangs. The only other EA game I have to check is the sims, which works fine. Can't play Anthem.
