@hungryroot I have been trying to reach customer service for 5 days with no response! I have an order that was never shipped and another that disappeared, even though I was charged. My 1st 2 weeks were great... now I know better.

I'm out almost $300 and can't even get help!

Did a real doctor-person-proctored Covid test today and am still negative. I hugged a lot of people at #DEFCON31.

The hardest day of the year for me is the Tuesday after #Defcon. If you saw me this year and I seemed a bit "off", I'm so sorry you didn't get the best of me.
