@IndiaTriumph Recent conversations with one of customer service associate she told me she unaware about the parts delivery status and they don't have any application to check the status and she denied to share the area sales manager name, it's comes under against their policy.

On 30 june faced the starting issue and took my bike to the service centre. And the diagnosis was the battery and starter coil fault. But the concern is the parts were not available at the service centre and it's been 8+ days and the
part is still not available.

@IndiaTriumph Already raised the service request. And it's nothing to do with service centre as they order the required product but the shipment still in transit since last 10+ days. We need a improved service chain.

Should be more focused on service rather than sales. Most of the time major parts were unavailable in the service centre. The frustrating things are you have to wait for weeks for the parts and numerous follow up. No doubt the bike is good but what makes it best ?

@BCCI we already lost the WTC when we were playing IPL(Business instead the name of tallent Hunt). The result was served based upon our preparation. We simply can't win WTC by playing IPL in India.
