In Imo State (Ikeduru/Mbaitoli Federal Constituency), we found 24 polling-unit result sheets photographed between 5:04 and 5:34 a.m. on election day, according to the camera data embedded in the images INEC published on IReV.
Voting was scheduled to start at 8:30 a.m.
Before a single vote was cast, the result sheets had been written and photographed.
The published sheets show no presiding officer's name, signature, stamp, or agent names or signatures.
Every photo carries the same profile: iPhone 13, iOS 16.4.1, with the same-looking wooden floor across six wards.
These 24 sheets hold 8,081 valid votes. The final margin between the winner and the runner-up was 3,076.
Full analysis and all 24 sheets are on our website.
If you’re applying to work for @inecnigeria in any capacity next year, think twice.
Anyone who helps rig an election risks having their name permanently linked to that fraud. We will document offenders and publish verified names in a searchable online record.
If you’re fresh out of school or just starting your career, think about what that could mean for your future. If you can’t say no to tempting offers, don’t apply.
We are about to design a new model of Igbo Apprenticeship Education “Igba boy”.
We will run the pilot program this year.
We are starting with carpentry, tilling, plumbing and electrical.
When succeeds, we will produce highly skilled talents at a scale never have seen before.
In support of Dr. Kalu Aja's solution to fighting the menace of insecurity, this is my addition & I hope everyone listens:
We do not need to wait until something bad happens b4 we start scrambling for solutions, we need constant monitoring of terrains⚠️
It all boils down to technology. Advanced countries like the US have dedicated buildings where officials do live surveillance 24/7⚠️
We can fix insecurity and yes it will not be cheap
High altitude tactical surveillance drones can help the situation, fused with Ai, object detection and tracking, a tactical drone can survey a radius of 5km, 10 of these drones can cover 50km radius of forest⚠️
If a highway kidnaping happens, how far can they get in these bushes on foot that these drones equipped with both infrared and thermal technology cannot pin point.
From high altitudes, these drones can spot suspicious activities in a forest, flag it, and the operator relays to his superior for further action, geolocation can pin & track the position of this suspicious activity and relay to ground personnel (army, police etc) who will swing into action with tactical equipment as well.
To the state Governors if they care to listen:
1. Build Dedicated Surveillance & data centers where law enforcement & civilian personnel will monitor the state security network 24/7
This beats installing cctv cameras which do nothing but record, but having a live monitoring team fused with Ai will improve efficiency.
2. Buy alot of high altitude tactical drones which will be assigned to patrol the skies constantly & monitor a designated radius in shifts or pairs, especially bushes, highways, forests, even within the city center, once there's suspicious activity, the event will be flagged⚠️.
3. Have a SWAT team on standby 24/7 to respond to distress calls and in close coordination with the data center relaying info to them real time
4. The police needs to have a centralized number like the US 911 with switching to peculiar regions for efficient synergy with the public, almost everyone knows 911, I doubt pple know a number to call the police in Nigeria.
In summary, what we need is constant aggressive surveillance, leaving no loopholes whatsoever
All these vigilante teams have a limit to things they can do, but with the addition of high tech systems, we will have a more secure society.
It all boils down to will, resources and technology.
If u have 8hrs to waste everyday at ur state government house trying to see ur governor, take this idea to him or better still write a proposal that may never get to his desk.
This is my own 2cent on the matter
We'll keep doing our part....
