@UPS_UK Ridiculous service!! Waited for a delivery. Apparently delivery was attempted then said on way to local collection point. Never reached collection point. Apparently tried to deliver again but didn’t get no updates now says back to sender!! UPS can you please resolve this

@HM_Passport I sent my passport to Newport passport office but when I am checking my Royal Mail tracking It says signed for by Graham at Newport Delivery Office. Is this the passport office? Or do I need to report passport as lost!? Please help

Newport west seems like the post office delivery address rather than the PASSPORT OFFICE. Is this normal!? @passportwaiting @HM_Passport
