I brought my Horizons paper sculpture to Epcot recently and took some pictures of it in front of Mission Space, its replacement. I wanted to make my project look like the real thing. The scale may not be perfect, but it's close! #papersculpture #paperart #disney #Epcot #Horizons

-Second, we don't get to see Broadway shows much so the Disney on Broadway shows during the Festival is such a treat. One of my favorite actresses is Ashley Brown, who originated the title role of Mary Poppins on Broadway and I got excited when she sang "Feed the Birds"!

-Last, we very much enjoy the interactive offerings during the Festival such as the Expression Section paint-by-number mural. The mural changes a few times during the Festival, but this one actually pays tribute to each of EPCOT's annual festivals, appropriately!

-First, we love the new World Celebration Gardens and how the light shows on Spaceship Earth extend throughout the new areas. This image is from the song "Rainbow Connection" as sung by Kermit the Frog.

Good Morning, everyone!
Today is the last day of the 2024 EPCOT International Festival of the Arts. I've said many times before how much we enjoy this festival. There were actually a lot of highlights for us this year, but I'd like to share just a few here.

...As with all of my projects, everything is handmade by me. No computers were used.
Here is my original project from 2018 for comparison. Both projects are 7"X9" and the redo took me 3 months to make.

I'm happy to share pictures of my latest project, my redo of my Disneyland's Toad Hall project from 2018! I took apart my previous project, which was not easy, and reassembled it as a new project. Almost everything was recolored, including every brick and roof shingle...

..Video of lighting. All of the lights are from the original project, except the 3 small exterior lights which are my first time using fiber optics. The flickering lights on the left are meant to look like a fireplace and you can see the silhouette of the Mr. Toad queue statue..

The second version is 8X10 total size with a groove-cut hand-painted mat and metallic-finish 5X7 approx. size print. I chose the mat colors to match the details on #CinderellaCastle .
