@CoachMarkPope @wildcatnews One thing my coach would do is if a player was late for practice, he would have to sit out and watch everyone else run. We were punished for our teammate. It helped us become closer as a team and build chemistry later on. Perfect coaching idea but it sucked at the time.

@CoachMarkPope @wildcatnews Least favorite thing my coach would make me do is to guard the biggest and most physical player on the team and they would defend me. I would get beat up and worn down. That way during the games, I would be able to hold my own with some ease with opposing players at my position.
