On this Solemnity of the Annunciation, may Mary’s openness of heart to God inspire the same in each of us. May he guide us to play our part in His plan for the salvation of the world. @behold2020#calledToHoliness#discipleship2020
We have been informed some parents have received an email stating:
‘As schools will be closing, if you're entitled to free school meals, please send your bank details and we'll make sure you're supported’.
This is a scam email - do not respond, and delete immediately.
As all schools are, we close to students (except those of key workers) at 3.05pm today for the foreseeable future. In these uncertain times, our thoughts and prayers are with you all. Stay safe everyone; we look forward to reopening as soon as we can.
Wow! What a week...Thank you very much to our amazing school team with 100% attendance, which is more than amazing!
OLOL Families, we will miss you so much, you’ll be in our daily thoughts and prayers. Share your photos with us here so we stay in touch. #wearefamily👍🏻❤️
Thank you to everyone who 'joined' me at Mass this morning. For those who were unable to watch it live, it is now available on my YouTube channel. I look forward to you joining me for night prayer tomorrow (Mon 23rd) evening at 7pm from my chapel. With prayer & good wishes.
Next time Ofsted visit a school they should read every letter a school has sent out during the last month, and read every message of thanks they’ve had from the community. They should then look every member of staff in the eye, say ‘thank you’ and walk out the door.
Parents need to hear the message: keep children at home if at all possible. Support the decisions your child's school are making. They are working to keep everyone safe and slow the spread of COVID-19. 3/4
