This is actually insane. If Liverpool, Man Utd or Spurs were achieving this the media would be salivating. As it's Arsenal they are thinking of any excuse to downplay it. Always been the way! #Arsenal

🚨 EXCLUSIVE: Manchester United sack Ruben Amorim as head coach. 40yo Portuguese informed of decision & goes with immediate effect after 14 months following breakdown in relations. Darren Fletcher expected to take over #MUFC on interim basis @TheAthleticFC https://t.co/kEAu5Wv8F7
🚨❤️🤍 Maurizio Micheli has started his work at Arsenal as part of recruitment and scouting team under Andrea Berta.
All documents were signed earlier this month to let Micheli leave Napoli and try new chapter at #AFC, as agreed in November.
Viktor Gyökeres joined Arsenal from Sporting CP for ~£55-63.5m in summer 2025, after dominating Portugal (97 goals in 102 appearances).
Alexander Isak moved to Liverpool in September 2025 for a British-record £125m.
Both Swedish strikers arrived with massive expectations. Gyökeres as a prolific goalscorer, Isak with proven Premier League pedigree.
Yet Gyökeres has faced heavier criticism for adaptation struggles, goal droughts, and questions over his fit in Arsenal's system despite recent recognition (edging Isak for Sweden's Forward of the Year).
Isak's challenges at Liverpool have drawn notably less backlash. Is there a pattern in how big-money Arsenal signings are judged more harshly?
Same thing happened to Pepe when the likes of Antony, Mudryk and co performed considerably worse than him.
The Arsenal bias by the media is just annoying man.
