They both organised filmmaker specific mingling events that didn’t involve noisy bars which suits me better. A bit like the colouring activity at CAF, it’s more my thing.

So, I just watched a video of the live Nightmare Before Christmas concert and saw Sally's eyes on a huge screen. She's watching Jack walk away and after she blinks there's a few frames of her pupils larger than normal, as real pupils would be. Fascinating.

I'm wondering if this is consistent throughout the film or specific to one animator? I'm also wondering if it's common practice? It seems an obvious way to add life to the eyes in close ups but isn't feasible with glass or plastic eyes, surely?

Don’t you just love it when Hermes leave your parcel with a neighbour and don’t tell you which one? They do provide a clue however, in the form of a photo of your parcel on someone’s doorstep.

@Antibinda @royalacademy I think it's more about the logistics of manoeuvring them than their actual weight. A bit like when a tortoise ends up on it's back. A bit of help and it'll be back on it's feet in no time, prancing around. I'm sure it's out there now... stuck between two trees...

@LucasAnim I hit this wall early all the time. I usually find that there’s some part of the idea that I still like and don’t think is as stupid as the rest of it. It could be the theme, a character, a joke or even the intended style. I concentrate on that one thing and build on it.

@Pevalwen Okay, I just watched a ride through of Tokyo and it is the most beautiful and immersive dark ride. Even through a screen! I hope it makes it over to Paris or Orlando at some point.
