There are forces in this world that were never created to defeat each other.
They were created to complete each other.
The sun does not compete with the moon.
The earth does not compete with the rain.
Fire does not become weaker because water exists.
Nature has always understood something human beings keep forgetting.
Difference does not necessarily mean inequality.
A man and a woman are different kinds of strength.
A man was given the instinct to build, protect, provide, lead and endure.
A woman was given the instinct to nurture, preserve, perceive, soften and bring life.
These are not competing powers.
They are different responsibilities carrying different forms of strength.
And perhaps this is why marriage was never meant to be a competition for who holds more power.
It was meant to be two powers serving one purpose.
The Bible says, “Two are better than one,” because when one falls, the other can lift them up.
It does not say they must be identical.
It says they are better together.
A traditional marriage understands something modern arguments often miss.
A husband can be the head without treating his wife as inferior.
And a wife can respect her husband’s leadership without becoming powerless.
Leadership is not domination.
Submission is not slavery.
Provision is not ownership.
And strength is not the absence of tenderness.
A strong man does not need a weak woman to feel powerful.
He can recognize her intelligence without feeling threatened by it.
He can listen to her wisdom without surrendering his responsibility.
He can protect her strength without trying to control it.
And a strong woman does not need a powerless man to prove her independence.
She can be intelligent, capable and strong while still respecting the man she chose to build with.
Because the purpose of marriage is not to determine who is more powerful.
It is to determine what those powers can create when they stop fighting each other.
The man brings his strength.
The woman brings hers.
He carries responsibilities she may not carry.
She carries responsibilities he may never fully understand.
And somewhere between his firmness and her tenderness, his direction and her wisdom, his protection and her nurturing, a home is built.
Not because they are the same.
But because they are different in the right ways.
Different in nature.
Equal in worth.
Different in responsibility.
United in purpose.
Two powers.
One household.
One family.
One future.
Perhaps the greatest strength of a marriage is not found in the man winning over the woman, or the woman proving she can live without the man.
It is found in two people powerful enough to stand alone, yet wise enough to understand that they were never meant to build everything alone.
You are not a good person.
That isn't an insult. It's a sign.
The moment people can no longer use your kindness, they often stop calling you kind.
"You are not a good person" can simply mean,
You stopped being easy to manipulate.
You started saying no.
You set boundaries.
You chose your peace over their comfort.
Not everyone who calls you a bad person is telling the truth.
They are just announcing that you are finally free from their control.
Opportunity doesn't usually knock because you're young. It knocks because you're useful.
Age may get you sympathy. Skill gets you a seat at the table.
The market doesn't reward potential. It rewards value.
Quiet Truth. The world doesn't owe you a chance. Give it a reason to choose you.
Dear men,
If you plan to marry a second or third wife in the future, please do not marry in a registry or a licensed place of worship.
Marry only customarily.
Your marriage will be legally polygamous.
End.
If growth were easy, the letters in the word wouldn't do it justice.
G stands for Giving up what keeps you comfortable.
R stands for Resilience when progress is slow.
O stands for Owning your mistakes instead of making excuses.
W stands for Working even when you don't feel motivated.
T stands for Trusting the process when results are invisible.
H stands for Humility, because every new level begins with admitting you still have more to learn.
Growth was never meant to feel comfortable. It is meant to transform you.
Quiet Truth. Everyone wants the result of growth. Few are willing to live through the process.
You can curse him every morning for the next ten years, and it still won't change what happened.
The pastor may have deceived you, but he didn't force you to marry anyone. You made that decision, and every decision comes with responsibility.
Blaming someone else forever only keeps you chained to a past you can no longer change. Accountability is painful, but it is the only thing that sets a person free.
The pastor will answer for his actions. You must answer for yours.
Quiet Truth. The moment you hand over responsibility for your choices, you also hand over control of your future.
Respect is so important to me
If you respect me, I will respect you too in multiple folds and vice versa
I’ve worked so hard, diligently and with honesty for so many years to not be accorded that respect.
Between January and this July, you should have done these three tests atleast:
Your blood pressure check
Blood sugar check
And eye pressure check
The reason is that when these values gets out of hand, many times they don't show symptoms until things started getting very bad.
That constant headache you always feel might be related to these three as well.
YOLO.
This life sha.
There hasn't been electricity in my neighborhood since early yesterday evening.
So we ran the inverter all night until this morning, when the batteries went down.
We have been in darkness for about 1 hour.
My children are complaining.
No be their fault.
End.
My pain is that, she got service charge from the transactions...she deserved nothing...
Blocking goods when it was raining!!!?
Quiet Truth.
Selfishness often watches generosity collect the reward it chased away.
One thing about me is that I try to solve whatever problems I'm facing on my own.
I hardly reach out to people to beg for stuff, because I have programmed myself never to be a burden to others.
Not because they won't help, but because I never want to be in that situation.
Though, the truth about life is that you can't do it on your own, you will always need help one way or the other.
But I think my utmost prayer has always been never to find myself in a situation or circumstance where I have to solely depend on human beings to help.
Don't get me wrong, there are good and kind people, but don't pray to be at anyone's mercy.
It is not a good place.
When you're at the mercy of people, there will always be room for insult, disregard and mockery.
Confidence vs Arrogance
Confidence knows its value.
Arrogance needs everyone else to know it.
Confidence listens because it has nothing to prove.
Arrogance argues because it needs to win.
Confidence can admit mistakes.
Arrogance sees mistakes as weakness.
That is a Demon
If he had married first, they would have said “Men don’t leave good women,I’m sure she wasn’t wife material enough”
Or “she cheated,he punished her by wasting her time”.

Nature has a way of separating the people who truly belong in your life from those who only pass through it.
The problem is, we keep going back, believing that making peace with everyone is the same as living a peaceful life.
It isn't.
Sometimes, peace begins the moment you stop forcing relationships that life has already separated.
Needing validation from the public is often a sign that your opinion of yourself depends on the opinions of others.
When your confidence is built on applause, criticism will always break you. You will constantly adjust your life, your decisions, and even your values just to be accepted by people who are busy chasing acceptance themselves.
The strongest people are not those everyone agrees with. They are the ones who know who they are, even when nobody is clapping for them.
There is nothing wrong with appreciation. We all enjoy being recognized. The problem begins when approval becomes a necessity instead of a bonus. The moment you need strangers to confirm your worth before you can believe in yourself, you have handed them control over your self-esteem.
Build a life that is guided by conviction, not by public opinion. The crowd changes its mind every day. Your values should not.
Dear God,
As this new day begins, give us wisdom to make the right decisions, strength to face what we cannot control, and peace that doesn't depend on our circumstances.
Protect our families, bless the work of our hands, and keep our hearts free from bitterness, pride, and fear.
May we become better people today than we were yesterday, and may every closed door lead us to the one You have prepared for us.
Amen.
