Asked @shadcn about migrating icons from Lucide to Hugeicons.

He said - "hmm not right now. It will be only for your ui primitives though because we can't have enough context to properly migrate everything in your app."

Spent 2+ hours recording a ReacherX Agent demo, then 4+ hours editing it till 5 AM.

Finally finished. Tried exporting.

@screenstudio : stuck at 0%.

The demo is ready now, but I can’t even use it.
