BTW I most likely to quit Celtic Heroes after I've helped you guys get filled up with active members. Don't have much time to play and I'm not really that much into the game. I like building Clans/Guilds though.
Also I'm not very familiar with Twitter because I've never used it before but if you could get some of the officers to start using it I can start sharing information with them too. That would be a good start to better communication.

Even though my website was for the game Path of Exile you will still find that you will pick up tips and tricks running your clan especially on our forums. in fact I specifically have a guide stickied regarding building a guild on the members forum.
Once you guys get the communication nailed down I can help you with some recruiting tricks that I know so you can get a lot more active members. You'll be kicking inactive members eventually so you can make room for more active ones.
Worked around using third-party apps. I used to have to do that in Path of Exile and even in World of Warcraft with third-party programs and different websites. I highly recommend stressing communication within the clan.
