Okay @TeamYouTube,

I re-edited the video and re-uploaded it, removing anything """SEXUAL""" from it. I upload the new one, and I get a Community Guideline Warning (effectively a first STRIKE) for THIS CLIP???

1. This clip was not flagged, got no warning or anything in the first upload.

2. There is NOTHING "sexual" about this clip. It shows a stupid VRChat character's butt... As does basically EVERY SINGLE CHILDREN'S CARTOON AT SOME POINT. It's a funny bit, there's nothing sexual here!

3. As you can see, on YOUR WEBSITE, there's loads of CHILDREN'S CARTOONS showing bare-butt all over the place, even IN THE THUMBNAILS...

I'm begging @YouTube @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators don't obliterate my channel's reach for 3 months over this. This is really NOT "sexual content" ...

Dude, I’ve seen like 5 smaller vtubers graduate in one day due to other vtubers obsessively sending shit towards them through their audience

Ngl makes me rethink a lot of things about people who make it their life beating up, punching up and only making content about just being nasty!

Myself included, a lot of my content used to be like that ( not towards vtubers mostly)

No one’s blameless here tbh, all of us took or are taking part in the mean girl shit as vtubers!

While real life is preventing us from doing the kind of content we want to do, I see some people trying to punch down at me as well for pivoting into “giggle reactionist” , not even bothering to check everything i do.

I honestly can say I’m at peace with myself by stepping away from what I used to do and I know my shit is not low effort because of how much editing, drawing, rigging , streaming and reviewing games we have been doing!

But it breaks my heart seeing so much discourse going on Among’s each other!

Maybe I became a soyjack with everything that’s going on our life, but maybe let’s stop slinging shit at each other unprovoked?

Anyway, I’m not gonna bother anyone, just want to sit in my own tiny corner, play my silly little games, do some silly lil videos and chill with my community!

I’m genuinely frustrated by this response. I'd like an actual human to review this case PLEASE.

My lawyer conducted a fair use analysis and helped draft my counter-notification. YouTube rejected it, stating that it was “unclear” whether I had a valid reason for filing a counter-notification. However, the basis for the counter-notification was clearly stated that the video qualifies as FAIR USE.

Please explain why this counter-notification was rejected. What specifically was missing from the submission?

Seriously, what is the purpose of a counter-notification process if creators are not told why a legally reviewed submission was rejected?

Meanwhile, a claimant can file a takedown request and a creator receives a strike, but the creator is left guessing why their counter-notification wasn’t accepted.

I am at my wits’ end and am simply asking for transparency and an explanation from the YouTube team 😭😭
