Leaders of the Hawaii Republican Party are denouncing a lawsuit filed by Oahu resident Eric Ryan about the constitutionality of Hawaiian homes leases.

The GOP generally opposes ancestry or race-based preferential treatment, and the Trump administration took it a step further by dismantling Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) programs.

But Hawaiian GOP leaders say those values don’t apply to this lawsuit and this is not about party politics.

Pick almost any race over the last 25+ years where the "counting" and "recounting" hasn't magically added Dem votes until *surprise* the Dem moves ahead and the counting stops.

The Carroll case rested on a sequence of legal maneuvers with no precedent in American civil litigation. Democratic legislators passed a retroactive temporary law eliminating the statute of limitations for decades-old accusations that could not be dated, located, or defended with alibis. The day the temporary law took effect, Carroll filed her pre-prepared lawsuit, the first in the state to do so.

A Democratic mega-donor secretly funded the plaintiff’s legal costs through a nonprofit. The arrangement stayed hidden until one of Trump’s lawyers discovered it. A Clinton-appointed judge then sealed all records so the jury never learned the billionaire backer had publicly committed to Trump’s political destruction. Every participant in the legislative, funding, and judicial steps operated inside the same political network, and each decision produced the same cumulative result.

The jury explicitly checked “no” on the verdict form’s specific rape question. The judge ruled rape proven anyway, claiming the jury had used a common rather than statutory definition… an impossibility, since their rejection under the common definition precludes rape by any standard. Trump’s team was barred from arguing innocence before a second jury, which awarded $83.3 million ($65 million punitive) on the rape finding the first jury had rejected.

A defendant was sued for defamation over denying an accusation, prevented from asserting that denial as a defense, tried before a judge who concealed the plaintiff’s political funding, and hit with a nine-figure verdict built on facts the jury itself refused to find.

No comparable sequence exists in recorded U.S. civil litigation history.

Democrats were blowing the whistle in the early 2000s when Rep. Jerry Nadler straight up said that electronic voting machines were hackable. Why are they so quiet about it today? Because they know they can't win without fraudulent elections.

He describes that secret instructions could disregard every 20th Democratic vote, or secretly add or subtract 10%, etc., to either candidate's tally without detection. This has been going on pre and post 2004.

One county's machine recorded 11,000 extra votes for Bush. In the same county, Kerry votes were being counted as Bush votes. Another county lost 4,500 votes in a local race/referendum when "the machine hiccupped," and votes simply vanished. The Bush-Kerry race is when people became aware that these machines were a problem.

The biggest electronic vendors in the Bush-Kerry race were Diebold, ES&S, and Sequoia. Sequoia and Diebold are Smartmatic and Dominion. ES&S and Hart InterCivic are also electronic machines with the same backdoor features.

The point is that this has been a serious problem for decades, and we're way past time in fixing it.

Jim Cathey was tragically killed in action in Iraq in August 2005. Overcome with grief, Katherine refused to leave her husband’s casket. She requested to spend one final night with him. Two Marines went to great lengths to provide her with a makeshift bed, using a mattress and pillows on the floor. One Marine stood guard over her and the casket throughout the night.
