Turns out, we've actually been working on a few gravel truck tarps on the down-low, in addition to our usual ag tarps. π€« This gravel truck needed some work on its Michel's Gravel Guard setup so we spruced things up with fresh new replacement parts.

So what happens if the wind does catch your tarp? In this case the trailer had a set of gustbusters installed so while there was damage to the tarp & system, the tarp remained attached to the trailer. With a couple minor patches & a new roll tube, the tarp was good to go again.
Gustbusters installed as a preventative measure to keep the tarp from taking off like a kite. πͺ
Switched over to an electric tarp opener. πReplaced the roll tube while we were at it too, given how bent it was.
