Well - sometimes things don't go as we hope. ATHENA COMBO presented today. Rucaparib + Nivolumab vs. Rucaparib maintenance in front line maintenance. Not only not positive, but there is a suggestion of harm. Was the combination truly detrimental or just so toxic that patients stopped all maintenance and were harmed in that way? PFS and OS HR both > 1.
