Chatbots are limited by the programming/training that they're given.
They can't think outside the box or come up with creative solutions to problems.
Humans, on the other hand, are more creative and can come up with innovative ways to solve customer problems.
Sure, AI chatbots can be helpful for answering simple questions, but they often struggle with more complex issues.
Training them can help, but chatbots can also be frustrating to deal with, especially when they don't seem to understand what you're saying 😫

"The customer is always right." - Myth!
1. Wrong customers exist
2. This doesn't support employees.
3. ‘The customer is right’ is wrong for CS.
4. All customers aren't worth keeping.
5. It’s impossible to satisfy everyone.

To be truly empathetic, you really need to be able to see the world through your customers' eyes.
This means understanding their emotions, needs, and pain points.
It's not always easy, but it's super critical for providing excellent customer service. #StartupCSSuccess🚀
