Legacy rewards update.

The upgraded StonkFun rewards pipeline is now live for legacy coins using CLMM pools, including $ZCAT, $RAYCAT, $PURR, and many others.

Fee collection, conversion, distribution planning and sending rewards to holders are handled as separate stages, with independent scaling and thresholds at each stage.

This allows individual stages to scale with processing demand, bringing legacy coins onto the upgraded rewards infrastructure.
