We made this beautiful shelter-build film with Eli Thor earlier this year, which involved building a rock house on the remote shore of Iceland. You can go visit it too—if you can find it!
Where the magic happens! This is a photo I took on a visit to our watch assembly team in Arizona back in 2023. The watch is being checked for accuracy using a timegrapher.
DS4 Tactical 38mm diver on my 6.5” wrist - I rarely ever wear this watch, but it’s a cool design - and definitely a nice option if you’ve got smaller wrists, and like the blacked-out aesthetic on a diver.
I’m currently working on a fall campaign story with Nate and Corban spearfishing in the Channel Islands. Corban has been a long-time Vaer owner, but it’s our first time collaborating on a media project, and the content they created is fantastic - excited to share it soon!
I love shooting watches with flat dials - makes it so much easier to capture dial texture. This is the S3 Tradition on bracelet - IMO one of my best field dial designs.
The most blinged-out watch we make - definitely one of my personal favorites. Shout out to Aram for this great shot. He’s one of the first freelance product photographers we’ve ever worked with, but I think it’s money very well spent.
This is a photo from our first-ever shoot with Rusty. It was a great experience and one of the small creative direction things that helped level up our brand. Never would have happened if I didn’t live in Venice, since the opportunity came about thanks to mutual friends.
Front and back shots of the R1 Chronograph - it’s super challenging to get good flat lay images of the jubilee bracelet, but this one actually worked out!
A photo of the R1 Oceanracer I took on my last trip back to Canada - absolutely love this design - but not sure when it’s going to be coming back in the lineup.
My current favorite watch, R1 Racing Chrono - the hydraulic stamped caseback is a small detail that I really appreciate, and always looks good in photos.
