जंतर मंतर पर प्रोटेस्ट कर रहे टीवी के कुछ ग्राउंड रिपोर्टर मित्रों पर हमले हुए! उनके खिलाफ नारे लगे! उनमें कुछ तो बेहतरीन पत्रकार है���!

गलत हुआ! नहीं होना चाहिए! और आगे ऐसा न हो इसके लिए आयोजक भी अपील कर रहे हैं! जिन्होंने ऐसा किया उनके खिलाफ एक्शन भी हो!

अब इसके बाद टीवी मीडिया के लोग एकजुट होकर विरोध कर रहे हैं! यह भी सही बात है! मीडिया पर हमला,समाधान नहीं है!

लेकिन यहाँ भी वे असल कारण को नहीं समझ पा रहे हैं! वे इसके लिए स्वतंत्र पत्रकारों और प्रोटेस्ट करने वालों पर इसका ठीकरा फोड़ रहे हैं! वे इसमें भी अपनी खीझ कहीं और निकाल रहे हैं! मुद्दा को डाइवर्ट कर रहे हैं!

जब कारण की बात तो खुल कर ३६० डिग्री बात होनी चाहिए!

सबसे पहली बात और समाधान की बात! इसस�� सभी सहमत होंगे! ऐसे प्रोटेस्ट के दौरान जो ग्राउंड रिपोर्टर जमीन से रिपोर्ट कर रहे हैं, जमीनीं हकीकत समझ रहे हैं,आगे से ऐसे समय में स्टूडियो भी इनके जिम्मे रहना चाहिए! क्या एडिटोरियल लाइन होगा, क्या हकीकत है आंदोलन की,इसे तय करने की सम्पादकीय जिम्मेदारी इन्ही ग्राउंड रिपोर्टर को मिलनी चाहिए! आपको फर्क दिख जाएगा!

अभी ऐसा बिलकुल नहीं होता है! वे जमीन पर लोगों से बात कर जाते हैं और रात में स्टूडियो से जिनसे बात कर जाते हैं उन्हें देशद्रोही और तमाम अपमानजनक बातें बोल दी जाती है! फिर वे अगले दिन उनसे कैसे बात करेंगे? अभी टीवी के अंदर स्टूडियो नैरेटिव और ग्राउंड रिपोर्टर के बीच ही बड़ा गैप है,इन्हे फ़िलहाल उस गैप को भरने की कोशिश करनी चाहिए! टीवी मीडिया की बेहतरी के लिए ये बदलाव जरुरी है!

और अब सिर्फ एक प्रोटेस्ट की बात ���हीं है, किसान आंदोलन से लेकर हर आंदोलन के दौरान क्यों टीवी मीडिया हर सरकार विरोधी आवाज से लड़ने लगती है? लोग उनसे ही नाराज हो जाते हैं ? यह भी इंट्रोस्पेक्ट करनी चाहिए! क्यों स्टूडियो मीडिया के लोग सरकार से जुड़े इवेंट के दौरान रेड कारपेट वेलकम के साथ रिपोर्ट तो करते हैं और जहाँ सरकार के खिलाफ बातें हो वहां इनके सुर क्यों बदल जाते हैं!

हम लोगों ने पटना से ग्राउंड रिपोर्ट की शुरुआत की थी! छोटे से छोटे प्रोटेस्ट में पहुँच��े थे तो आयोजक और वहां मौजूद दूसरे लोग हम मीडिया रिपोर्टर को देखकर इतना खुश होते थे की मानो उनका ढाल आ गया! रहनुमा आ गया! अब कोई पुलिस अधिकारी उनका कुछ नहीं बिगाड़ सकता! वे अचानक छाती चौड़ाकर और मजबूती से खड़े हो जाते की क्योंकि उनके साथ बगल में हम खड़े हैं!हम मीडिया एंटी इस्टैब्लिशमेंट आवाज के कवर होते थे! यह डेमोक्रेसी का संतुलन है!

ऐसा विश्वास होता था मीडिया पर! सरकार और एंटी इस्टैब्लिशमेंट के बीच हम पुल थे! लेकिन स्टूडियो मीडिया उस पुल से पार कर उसपर चली गयी! पुल टूट गयी! वह विश्वास नफरत में कैसे बदला इसपर भी बात करनी चाहिए! कहाँ हम गलत हुए!

और अब यह बात की कौन भड़का रहा है?

रविश कुमार पर किस तरह मोब छोड़ा गया सब देखा! इनका नम्बर सार्वजनिक किया गया! उनके परिवार को कितनी गालियां दी गयी!
यही पर अभिसार शर्मा को घंटो ED ने बैठाया! तब इसी मीडिया ने साथ देने के बजाय उनके खिलाफ मोब छोड़ा! उनका उपहास उड़ाया! अजित अंजुम जी सहित तमाम लोगों पर किस तरह एक एक तस्वीर लेकर कैसे नफरत फैलाई गयी यह भी देखा! साक्षीजोशी,न्यूज़ लांड्री के रिपोर्टर,सीमित संसाधाओं में काम करने वाले न्यूज़ पिंच,रेड माइक जैसे मीडिया स्टार्ट अप हो! सबने मजबूती से खुद को खड़ा किया! मैं खुद अपनी इच्छा से मेनस्ट्रीम मीडिया को छोड़कर खुद का काम क��ने की कोशिश कर रहा!
किसी ने अपना काम नहीं छोड़ा! हमेशा रोते नहीं रहे! अनगिनत नए लड़के लड़किया सीमित संशाधन में शानदार काम करते रहे जिन्हे यू tuber कह कर स्टूडियो से चिढ़ाया गया! कितना नाम लू! माफ़ी सभी नामों के साथ जिनका नाम नहीं लिया! वे पुल बनने की कोशिश करते रहे!
बिना किसी सरंक्षण और संसाधन से ये अपना काम करते रहे और समान्तर मीडिया बन गए! तो अगर बात ��ुलेगी तो बहुत दूर तक जाएगी फैक्ट्स के साथ!

तो इस बहस को विराम दीजिये! टीवी मीडिया को समझना चाहिए की उनका डिफ़ॉल्ट काम सिर्फ सरकार का वर्जन और नैरेटिव दिखाना नहीं है! क्या रिपब्लिक टीवी इसी प्रोटेस्ट को एक दिन चीन का अगले दिन अमेरिका का समर्थन बता देता है! क्या ऐसे स्टूडियो नैरेटिव को ये सपोर्ट करते हैं?
तो अंत में, स्थिति गंभीर है! टीवी मीडिया ऐसी सूरत को ऐसे टकराव को तुरंत रोक सकते हैं! उसके लिए सामने व्यावहारिक सुझाव है! सभी चैनल में शानदार ग्राउंड रिपोर्टर साथी हैं! आप उन्हें आगे कीजिये! उन्हें तय करने दीजिये! देखिये आपका इक़बाल कितनी तेजी से लौट आएगा!

Some films stay with you forever. Dhurandhar will always be one of those films for me. Not just because of the story we told but because I got to witness something very few directors ever get to witness.
I’ve always known you’re an extraordinary actor. But this journey made me fall in love with the artist you are and even more with the human being behind the artist.

There were days on Dhurandhar that I knew I was witnessing something incredibly rare.
The 26/11 sequence. The final tea shop scene. The Pathankot massacre. The pump house scene. The court exterior. Just to name a few. Take after take, scene after scene, you never once looked for the easy choice. Every emotion landed exactly where it needed to. Every silence had meaning. Every glance had intent. Every beat was pitch perfect.
The consistency was almost impossible to comprehend. It genuinely felt like watching someone touched by divine grace. As though Maa Saraswati herself had placed her hand on your head and blessed you with every ounce of artistic brilliance she could.
As a director, there are moments you spend your entire career hoping to experience. You gave me those moments again and again.
I truly believe what you’ve done in Dhurandhar is one of the finest performances Indian cinema has ever seen. It isn’t just a performance, it is a force of nature. Fearless, towering and so complete that it disappears into the soul of the character.
I have no doubt people will talk about this performance for years, perhaps generations to come.
But what I’ll cherish even more is everything that happened between “Action” and “Cut.” The conversations. The shared conviction. The relentless pursuit of getting every single moment right.
Somewhere along the way, you stopped being just my actor.

You became my brother.

Thank you for trusting me with your heart, your craft and your madness. Thank you for giving Dhurandhar every piece of yourself.

I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve created together.
