@GergelyOrosz Without this calibration, an enormous amount of bias exists in terms of interview scoring - which is not good at all to “hire at scale”. You will largely select those who memorize and practice the LC questions, regardless of real world performance.

Every time you introduce a new question, interviewers themselves need to calibrate to give a fair chance equally across the board.

@Appyg99@GergelyOrosz That’s missing the point. Logical and smart people can solve them, but they won’t be able to do it in 45 minutes if they haven’t practiced it (and they won’t, if regular work doesn’t allow it - and it often doesn’t).
