Hey @MicrosoftHelps , you supposedly accept bitcoin as payment, yet I have spent over a month trying to get you to confirm a $25 transaction. Perhaps you can actually connect me with someone in your company who understands bitcoin to fix this?

@MicrosoftHelps I have done this, but I would also like to make sure that this remains visible, so that it is clear that while Microsoft has the option to accept #bitcoin payment, they don't seem to have the ability to actually deposit into a wallet. Very poor for a company of its size!
