choosing whether to make an added image the background or not. Now it becomes the background, which is annoying as hell. You've made things so much complicated. I HATE these unnecessary changes. My Pro account expires is in 2 days. Renewal will depend on what you do about it. 3/3
@canva What was the need to fix something that wasn't broken? What was the need to make added media as the default background when making YT shorts? I couldn't figure out how to animate the media bcoz that option is now gone from the toolbar. 1/3
It seems one needs to detach media from the background and then apply animations. But once you do that, you can't apply transitions properly. Earlier all one needed was just a click to either select the media or the page to animate. And one had the option of 2/3
Had a very bad experience with @myntra recently. Their apathy towards customers is mind boggling. Apparently they don't care if a customer receives their product or not as long as they get their money. You purchase an item and pay them and their responsibility is over. 1/4
@MyntraSupport Hey, you got at least one thing right. It is definitely not good to hear. The entire experience wasn't right either. The fact that you deleted my entire conversation history with your customer service tells a lot about your company.
And they deleted all the chat history with their customer service that I had since the 3rd of November. They are running a fraud operation, that is how they defraud their customers. Beware of giving them your money. @myntra
Both of them shifted responsibility with no clue where the package was. Finally they told me the window for return/ replacement was over and they can't do anything. @myntra is not refunding my money nor are they giving me the product I paid for.3/4
