おっしゃる通り想定外の突然の出来事でした。
都内に出ていた時に起きてしまい、早い段階で病院で治療は受けたのですが、千葉の自宅に帰るまで時間がかかって大変でした。

ただ歩行スピードは落ちてはいますが、幸い杖は無くても大丈夫で、自転車も使えます。

足を挫いて骨にヒビが入ってしまった。

全治3週間。

人生で初の骨折体験。

治療を受けて腫れと痛みは引いた。

規模は小さく、軽傷だけど、それでも圧迫したり体重がかかるととかなり痛い。

おかげで重い物を持ち上げづらいし、
ランニング、ヒンズースクワットも痛くてできない。
どうしたものか

最近生のトマトが高い🍅

缶詰めの輸入トマトは相変わらず安くいてくれるんだけど。

輸入トマトはパスタ料理やチリビーンズの材料には合うんだけど、
酸味が強いのでインドカレーの材料としては合わない。

なので生の国産トマトが無いとインドカレーが作れないから、買ってはいるんだけど。
