If it were criminal I can see the league imposing a suspension. But how do they enforce that given he was not convicted criminally?

I was heavily involved with the whole situation back then. I spoke with his coach from college, his roommates. And other people. His ex and her father set him up. And in fact her father told him that if he gave him 500k to get out of foreclosure he would tell his daughter to tell the truth
