It is a very sad day in the State of West Virginia. Itโs hard to put into words what Ike means to me and to everyone who knew him. He wasn't just a very dear friend, he was family. We lost a great person and great West Virginian. Prayers to Sue, Shelly, Doug and his many friends. Love you Ike !
West Virginia Football mourns the passing of Ike Morris.
A proud West Virginian and longtime supporter of our program, his impact on our state and the lives of so many will never be forgotten.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Morris family and all who loved him.
One of the greatest and most electrifying players in Mountaineer history.
Today, we honor Pat White by announcing his No. 5 will be retired this fall.

Fun to catch up with Rich Rodriguez as he adjusts to "the most chaotic time in the history of college sports." @espn Q&A on 150 new players in 2 years, who'll start at QB, a few high-profile freshman who've flashed and his "happiness" after a losing season. Can WVU win in this era? https://t.co/y4O5ZrqzLq
