Most athletes underestimate the importance of the basics.
Some of the most successful sport/tactical athletes I know are the ones that spend the most time on the fundamentals.
They can do them tired, sore, on command, without notice, hell even hungover.
Master the basics.
If your "effort" doesn't equal your club, bat, ball, run speed then you have an inefficiency somewhere...
"How effortlessly can you set a new speed PR?", is a great place to start. 💯
Life is 90% of how you perceive it, and 10% of what it actually is...

- Front Splits
- Side Splits
- Ankle Flexion
- 90/90s
- Hip Flexor Stretch
- Seated Toe Touches
