@yodavid1 All this was made in house, but in a mod environment, so anyone can do this or better. 3 person team, code by Kenny, art by Andy and music by Tor. Engine the same as in Bogus/Heroes, can be done there too, "kinda" (no 3d model support there).
This is a platform mod with Duckajones for Hammerwatch 2 where the goal is to jump upwards and try to get as high as you can before falling back down. #hammerwatch#indiedev
@doublmintgum The "zoom level" is a bit dynamic dependent on screen and resolution, so we can't really tell how it will look and we are not developing the console versions in house either =D
#hammerwatch Now with the games announced, you can ask about Hammerwatch II and Hammerwatch the Anniversary Edition. This is the steam page to wishlist the sequel, the remaster has no page of it's own, yet.

@JoniGuerini So, it's a lot more "open" than both TQ and GD but not as grindy and absolutely not as much items. You will have elite and "superior" mobs that you can defeat and you can grind them for XP and you take their loot and sell.
@pavichokche It's different, we added a new "item" system so it's not just potions anymore, there's a new shop type, better graphics (shared with HW2), another full campaign with tons of new things, 7 people online (7 classes) coop or 4 players local.
@stemrtn No. Random will be from prefabs that has randomized content inside and connects randomly. It can be very random in some caves or more or less none in some levels.
@BenDunno It depends, one guy that knows the game at least a bit took a good 18 hours to complete the game. But it can take longer and it can go a lot faster, it's depends on how well you know the game and how much you wish to explore and do things.
