I laughed at loud at this. The literal AG just put in writing that male DNA found on the genitalia of 2 children could “perhaps” be from environmental factors.
Every defense attorney and appellate lawyer in future cases will have a fucking field day with this.
And it was not insufficient for testing. Just their state lab’s.
They testified they made a choice for 7 years to not send it off to other labs with more advanced technologies. SICKOS.
