The US MIL have complete control of the strait, and the remaining IRGC hardliners have minimal ability to sabotage or threaten the strait.

They do not have the means to fight back militarily. Their only option is to try to damage Trump through the media, by causing as much turmoil and trying to sabotage global energy markets, to which they can then blame Trump via their media lapdogs and social media bots.

The only thing they have left, is to try to turn Trump’s supporters against him via propaganda. They will continue to fail.

🇺🇸 🇮🇷 SOMETHING IMPORTANT THAT NO ONE SEEMS TO BE CONSIDERING IN THE IRAN CONFLICT!

If Iran were able to develop nuclear weapons, they would have closed the Strait of Hormuz anyway and demanded tolls, concessions, absolute control.

And it would be MUCH harder to stop them if they had nukes!

If Iran still had a navy, still had unlimited drones and missiles, still had an air force AND nukes, they could close the Strait of Hormuz at will and we couldn't do a damn thing about it!

MAKING THE STRAIT IRRELEVANT:

As it is now we found a new southern route that Iran can't stop and also we've increased alternative sources of getting oil out of the region from two million barrels a day to eight million barrels a day through pipelines etc.

So this conflict has given us an opportunity to prevent Iran from taking control of the Strait in the future!

Anyone who thinks that Iran closing the Strait was just a result of the war is being naive. They were planning on doing this anyway once they had the power to do so.

And if they had without us weakening their offensive capabilities first, it would have been much worse and for much longer.
