Dads For Dads is a nonprofit organization designed to be an open, honest, and accepting support group for men dealing with hardships and challenges in life.
Important reminder to get some sleep during the holidays. You’re not Buddy you can’t run on 40 FULL minutes. Memory loss, mood swings, high blood pressure and weakened immune system are just some of the effects you could experience. So get some sleep! At least 8 hours preferably
This picture looks abnormal right? This is what we look like when we try to do everything. Take time to delegate to people you trust. Take some time for yourself, and sometimes just leave some things you realize aren’t that important. You weren’t born with four arms for a reason.
I know you’re out there taking care of partners, family, and friends during the holiday season. Make sure to recharge your batteries too. You can’t charge anyone up if you’re running on empty. Self care isn’t just for yourself!
When you realize that people think Dads for Dads is only for fathers.
Well it isn’t! Dads for Dads is a mental health support group for ALL males! So join us today!
"After the Lane Johnson interview I had a mental health breakdown that woke me up at 3 AM. Michael Strahan has been my best friend for 30 years & I never went to him until that happened.. I could have turned to him for years & I never said anything" @JayGlazer#PatMcAfeeShowLIVE
