Well the trinity itself is an analogy. So… no.
Because you do actually need to explain it to people who don’t have a concept.
So literally the WORD “Triune” is an analogy. Because what does that even mean? What does 3 persons but 1 being mean? Those are just words we assigned. It’s not IN the bible. It’s derived from the bible. The words we use to describe it DO NOT MEAN THE THING. They’re just words we chose to represent a thing unrepresentable.
BUT to understand there is one God, and yet that Jesus was God, but also Prayed to God, and also God dwells in Us… we need the words to explain what’s going on.

So analogy for the trinity is not heresy when properly ordered knowing it’s imperfect- just like love for your spouse is not idolatry when you don’t assume perfection. You can use an analogy so long as you realize it falls short.

Your just factually incorrect. Both of your examples the British Won. The Zulu lost their independence and their territory was apart of the empire for decades. The Zulu no longer existed after that. It became what is now South Africa, you know, the whitest part of Africa.

The New Zealand Wars were lost by the natives. They were GIVEN self governance by the British over decades.
