@TGIFridays thanks for the 18% service charge on our bills. We asked the waitress because we thought it was the gratuity and IT WAS NOT! SO A service charge and we give some gratuity....I'm all about giving a great tip, but a service charge for what?!?!?!

@HaywardPool had a terrible experience with a pool heater purchase from you all. I have to buy extra parts to finish the completion of the job. This was never mentioned or brought during the purchase at all. The pool company did not know you didn't have them either. 🤦‍♂️
