He suggests amending existing law to make annual declaration of assets mandatory for high court and Supreme Court judges

Currently, ministers, civil servants, and elected representatives are required to declare their assets. He said the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, too, declares assets.

He said "Anybody holding a public office and drawing salary from the exchequer should compulsorily declare annual details of their properties irrespective of the position that person holds"
