@paul_cipriano2 @CelebrityCruise “Just choose another option” is usually the go-to line of people who’ve never had to plan accessibility. Calling it a rant is a way to dismiss disabled voices. If disabled people stop “ranting”, companies stop fixing things. Silence is exactly what inaccessibility relies on.

It's bad enough when @CelebrityCruise excludes full-time wheelchair users from shore excursions. Seeing emergency cords tied up and shower heads placed out of reach in your accessible cabin images is worse. This isn’t accessibility. #accessibletravel #holidayaccess #accessfailure

Anyone living in the @LBofHounslow. Bin collection days changed over Christmas & tenants NOT informed at all. If assumed, like every other year, collections would happen after the normal day, think again. Not this year. Absolute shambles.

. @AmazonHelp You DO NOT give enough time (60 secsish) to accept/decline substitute item. (very clever). As a disabled person, I didn't make it in time, now I'm stuck with an item I will not use! You seem to disadvantage the disabled where possible!! #ablist #disabledshopping
