@paul_cipriano2@CelebrityCruise “Just choose another option” is usually the go-to line of people who’ve never had to plan accessibility. Calling it a rant is a way to dismiss disabled voices. If disabled people stop “ranting”, companies stop fixing things. Silence is exactly what inaccessibility relies on.
It's bad enough when @CelebrityCruise excludes full-time wheelchair users from shore excursions. Seeing emergency cords tied up and shower heads placed out of reach in your accessible cabin images is worse. This isn’t accessibility. #accessibletravel#holidayaccess#accessfailure
@CelebrityCruise Standard response? If you read my tweet correctly, you would see I haven't had "my experience" as yet. I am worried how accessible my "accessible" cabin will be. These images give me no faith! As a #disabledtraveller I have more than enough already to worry about without this!

Anyone living in the @LBofHounslow. Bin collection days changed over Christmas & tenants NOT informed at all. If assumed, like every other year, collections would happen after the normal day, think again. Not this year. Absolute shambles.

Once again, this delivery driver refuses to do her job. Drove into our driveway, then reversed out and drove off!! Didn't even attempt to get out of her vehicle to deliver the package. Why is she still employed?
Disbelief @AmazonUK driver walked towards my door (as a wheelchair user, I was waiting to receive the parcel as I can't pick it off the floor), she then just turned around and left with it! Had issues with her before because we've dogs in the house. Will my parcel arrive today?
. @AmazonHelp You DO NOT give enough time (60 secsish) to accept/decline substitute item. (very clever). As a disabled person, I didn't make it in time, now I'm stuck with an item I will not use! You seem to disadvantage the disabled where possible!! #ablist#disabledshopping
