I also filed a complaint with PayPal since that's how my money was taken by Home Chef. I provided them with copies of the email I received on 6/11/26 as proof that it was a fraudulent charge.

@kroger I will never order from @realhomechef again. I canceled my subscription on 6/11/26 but received a new order today. When I called I was told the account had been reactivated. I told the agent to cancel my account and got an email that it had been "paused". That's shady BS!

When I asked for a refund I got some runaround crap about the policy of blah blah blah. Well I think their policy of reactivating "paused" accounts and then stealing $104 for 8 crappy meals I didn't even order is a policy that should be changed.

@amazonfiretv can you please figure out what the problem is with Max app and Fire Stick? Often have issues with that one app. When I load Max app on my tv and not through FS it loads right away. Not a network issue but an issue with Fire Stick and Max.

@CarlAzuz Great to have you back in my class! Only suggestion would be a small timer (I understand it can’t be 10 seconds) so I can pause the trivia question after it is read aloud before the answer shows.
