@mattpat1 Dang bro. Scathing. I wouldn't consider myself an expert per se, but definitely am fairly knowledgeable on the subject. Would love to know what you didn't like. I found myself nodding in agreement,
@ScottBrosnan1@Mark_T_Willard If they drafted the exact player you wanted and they ended up sucking, would you say, “at least they didn’t reach”? Or who you skewer them for another bad pick? They’re gonna get crushed if the player is bad so might as well select the guy you want and who others want u to take
@Mark_T_Willard@PerThirtySixers Finally a legitimate assessment of their drafting. What “fans” don’t understand is you are not judging their drafts based on how perfect they are, you judge their draft based on what is ultimately looks like compared to other teams. Pick miss rate EXTREMELY high across the league
@PastorMark@CTmagazine@jamestalarico X is becoming the place your old mentors argue and yell about politics, the same way my senile aunt ranted on Facebook in 2011. The difference is the audience is now 70% bots. Late-era social media at its absolute pinnacle. Time to hit the eject button on this sinking ship
@David_Fairchild@RKing546@JenniferEValent Literally just a bot responding to you. Most of X is bots unfortunately. Generic sports content, retweets of generic partisan political content. All their followers are other bots.
NFL won’t let actual players grade the workplace they attend every single day, but they’ll allow a 3rd party “grading” service to display their “rankings” of players on national television every Sunday night…
Im at the point where if you try to market me a product or I see your invasive ad in a podcast or anywhere else, I’m not ever going to buy it.
Late-era digital capitalist dystopia is here. If I see the ad, I’m out on your product.
