I think the issue with a lot of trans characters in media is that they either have to walk on eggshells when writing them or put too much emphasis on the "transgender" part of their character to the point where they don't feel realistic.

If the creator has already said every version of Killer is canon then why does it matter lol. He can be whatever you want him to be.
@Fravoccado Fandoms tend to develop this collective mindset that they can act however they want toward the creators and then STILL feel like they are owed what they want from them.
Both the creation and the creator are both products to be consumed and discarded in this vicious cycle.
