When my sister was incarcerated, we suffered in silence and shame. We saw weaponization by the government firsthand, and what it’s capable of when it sets its sights on you. I was scared to stir the pot, afraid of repercussions.
Then I went to my first Weaponization Watch event, and I heard the stories of others. I saw that my sister’s case was not an isolated incident — the same playbook used against her has been used against so many others: conviction, no matter the cost. I realized I was not alone.
If they try to silence me, I know I have a community behind me — doctors, lawyers, judges, journalists, celebrities, and civilians who have been weaponized, affected by weaponization, or seen it firsthand, and decided to stand up and do something about it. I now have an organization telling me not to feel ashamed, but to have courage — courage to speak out, tell my sister’s story, and fight for change and justice. @cynthfromjersey@EagleEdMartin@nickshirleyy@NobleOne #freeeli #WeaponizationWatch https://t.co/ZX6ytwARAp
Hello, I’m Esther Pino, a mother fighting with everything I have to bring my innocent daughter, Elizabeth, home.
Elizabeth is a mother, a daughter, a sister, but most of all, a caring medical professional who dedicated her life to caring for others. She is serving 20 years in federal prison for a healthcare-fraud conviction she did not commit.
Elizabeth’s case is one more example of what I believe is the weaponization of the justice system against innocent people.
Elizabeth was a medical professional contracted through a reputable third-party company. She was not the owner, biller, or controller of the companies involved. She had no knowledge of the fraudulent activity and no intent to participate in it. She has no prior criminal record and no history of violence.
She has been held more than 500 miles from home, and it has been over a year since she has seen her children. Her youngest was only three when her mother was taken away. She is now six, having spent three precious years growing up without her mother. Yet every night, she still sleeps with mommy’s picture beside her. 💔
Those are years Elizabeth can never get back, and neither can her children.
I am asking anyone with a White House connection, knowledge of the clemency process, or any way to help please help get Elizabeth’s clemency request directly before President Trump for a fair and compassionate review.
Clemency Petition: #321508
White House Case: #1000865
Elizabeth is #9 of 43 Americans featured on https://t.co/bjR2HAbIhB, where the details of her case can be found.
Please sign the petition and share this message. Someone reading this may be the person who can help bring my daughter home.

I will not stop fighting for Elizabeth. Her children need their mother.
Weaponization of the government needs to stop and those impacted deserve justice and to be made whole. Let’s return this country to what it used to be- land of the free and home of the brave. #freeeli#weaponizationwatch#43americans
Weaponized justice isn't only political. There are 7 documented forms, and 6 leave a paper trail: 97%+ plead guilty, a 3x trial penalty, and 707 misconduct findings in California with only 6 prosecutors disciplined.

THE SEVEN FORMS OF WEAPONIZED JUSTICE
Weaponized justice is not limited to politics. It can take many forms:
1️⃣ Political weaponization — using government power against political opponents or movements.
2️⃣ Prosecutorial weaponization — using the power of prosecution in ways that people argue are excessive, selective, or unjust.
3️⃣ Regulatory weaponization — using government agencies, investigations, or regulations against individuals or businesses.
4️⃣ Financial weaponization — using fines, forfeiture, restitution, or other financial penalties to pressure or punish.
5️⃣ Professional weaponization — using a person’s license, credentials, career, or professional reputation against them.
6️⃣ Legal-system weaponization — using the courts, procedures, or unequal resources in ways that can overwhelm an individual.
7️⃣ Institutional weaponization — when multiple government agencies or institutions become involved in a case against an individual.
The J6ers represent one part of this larger picture. Nurses, doctors, veterans, engineers, software developers, small-business owners, public servants, parents are part of the broader conversation about government power and accountability.
I appreciate and understand your perspective. Before the government accused, my sister, all I believed were the headlines too. Then I realized the first thing the government does when it targets you is destroy your reputation. Don’t believe everything that you hear. Research and do your homework and maybe try to meet some of these people and perhaps you might change your mind. God Bless!
My niece, Sophie is also serving my sister, Elizabeth Hernandez’ unjust sentence. I keep telling her that her mommy will be home soon. With the help from the right people we can make that happen.
"I sleep with my mommy’s picture every night."
That sentence broke my heart. 💔
Sweet little Sophie isn’t thinking about court filings or sentencing guidelines. She’s a little girl who misses playing Barbies with her mom, taking trips together, and being rocked to sleep.
Her mother, Elizabeth Hernandez, is serving 20 years in federal prison after a Medicare fraud conviction. But her case raises serious questions.
On appeal, the Eleventh Circuit found that the trial court abused its discretion by giving prosecutors 40 minutes for closing arguments while allowing Elizabeth’s defense only 30.
And that is only one concern.
Weaponization Watch believes Elizabeth’s case deserves a complete and transparent review.
While the legal system debates evidence, procedure, and punishment, Sophie is growing up hundreds of miles away from her mother.
Please watch her story. ❤️

One story behind the darkest days in US history. Communists and fascists took over America during the Biden regime, and all Americans suffered. This story is of one group of innocent American warriors who were targeted and imprisoned.
