I got to work alongside very talented artists on this animated short film by director/producer Aron Fromm!
I did a bunch of Character Design work for this a couple years ago, it was such a blast! :D So cool to see it all come to life! Seriously amazing work everyone involved! 👏
Genndy Tartakovsky has shared a test animation clip from his new film ‘THE BLACK KNIGHT’
• Follows a knight who controls a 20ft tall suit of armor in the 14th century
• Sony Animation is unsure if there is an audience for the film theatrically so they haven’t greenlit it
Adam Ragusea’s explanation is an ill-informed take that projects his own biases onto the health movement, lazily framing it as a “manosphere” fad driven by “dude bros and jocks.” Health shouldn’t be politicized—eating clean was a liberal talking point a decade ago, and Adam seems salty that others are now scrutinizing the food industry. He argues in bad faith, cherry-picking figures like Jordan Peterson while ignoring credible experts like @paulsaladinomd , a board-certified physician who cites peer-reviewed studies on the risks of preservatives, glyphosates, and petroleum-based dyes like Red 40 (banned in the EU and Canada for potential health risks).
Far from the “plant bad, meat good” caricature Adam pushes, health influencers like Saladino advocate balanced diets—meats, fruits, vegetables, and healthy carbs—free of pesticides and harmful additives, a major issue in America’s food supply. Adam also dodges the ugly truth about processed seed oils, which are cooked to over 1000°F, oxidized, washed with hexane, bleached, and deodorized before hitting shelves—none of which shows up on labels. Studies from groups like the Environmental Working Group flag these processes as concerning, yet Adam glosses over them.
His emotionally charged speech misrepresents a movement grounded in science to sway viewers into his bubble. If you're reading this, don’t let this discourage you or make you feel less for questioning what you eat. Your health journey is personal—check labels, research processes, and look up studies on ingredients. Ignore oversimplified takes from cooktubers with a chip on their shoulder, and empower yourself with real knowledge and research.
