I didn't have a desire to vape after eating on day 13 and other withdrawals are nonexistent. Nicotine is in my opinion a very mild easy to leave almost non-addictive non-tobacco substance. My real-life test after vaping 12nic for 4yrs is by no means scientific but accurate

Starting day 12 without vape. This is almost too easy, I didn't know what to expect when I stopped vaping. I was concerned Nic withdrawals (12nic 4 yrs) would be too stressful instead I hardly had any withdrawal

@NIDAnews I'm a 12nic 4 year vapor. 11 days ago I decided to quit vaping and post my experience, I also tried quitting smoking a few times which was impossible for me without vape, but quitting vape has been a breeze for me so far. Look at my time line its all there. Vape is superior.
