Leads the Integrated Intelligence Centers.
Has oversight of the Directorates for Analysis, Operations, and Science & Technology.

If someone caught only a brief glimpse, would they identify this as Cabot Phillips or Martin F. Kindl, the DIA’s Deputy Director for Global Integration?
