@greyce84 so far our guess is that in the worst case scenario the stick can be reheated and bent back into shape since it's completely enclosed in silicone

@greyce84 Still need to do some tests on how it behaves in the silicone to make sure we give the proper care instructions, the plastic doesn't properly melt until 160c, but it does start to become soft at 60c

@ACautiously I guess probably the finish is also part of the issue as the epoxy would slide easier from a smooth shiny silicone surface

@ACautiously and for the peeling off, that's the purpose of the wafer infill, so the silicone goes from side to side, curing inside the core itself so it doesn't slide one bit at all

@ACautiously Yeah, those were the main concerns we worked out to avoid with this design
went through several prototypes before finding a design that we absolutely couldn't snap with our bare hands, ended up being as thick as the stick itself, so we ended up making the sticks a bit thicker
