@6_LM9 Tony is probably guilty of bad parlance, "we need to be kept in check" etc. The scene does a good job of framing the characters for the choices to come but they themselves should have known better than to think they could reach on a deadline. Zemo aside.

@6_LM9 It's entirely possible that the writing failed Cap here and yet people still firmly side with him. There's no side. It's "divided we fall". They could have played around the accords, "Together". They were so close but ego is a baked in flaw, even for Steve.

@thegoldenmuzzy What's the pct of cap difference between Nurse at the time and Raddysh now? It's a salient point and Nurse would have been younger but the Raddysh downside is just bad, not albatross
