@FedEx I have more proof my receipt, picture of the package date because I sent it requiring an adult signature that the recipient was made aware along with their phone was provided . And your lying driver didn’t use nor leave a door tag. Ring camera never lies

@FedExHelp not only was I inconvenienced the receiver had to have her husband drive out to Clinton twp because of your lazy lying worker! Now I have to drive to get my refund too! That Kevin from revenue said I may or may not get !! Am I getting gas money as well for this trip
@FedExHelp I just talked to Kevin in the revenue dept. who wouldn’t give me a refund and I’m further inconvenienced that I have to drive all the way to the location to try to get a refund! For your drivers negligence of falsifying delivery documents! Is this how you treat clients
@FedExHelp so fedex You have the worst escalation I have 2 case numbers. Because your delivery driver falsified the notes in the system saying they delivered the package! Guess what the ring camera video tells the REAL TRUTH ! I’ve talked to Matthew , Oscar & Kevin. Refund me!
