@lovesucks516 While you are way up on my list, I have actually met in person, Tiny Texie. Unfortunately because some shit happened more in her life than mine, she has been unable to model for me.

@scarletcircus @TheModerateVA And to follow that with, Installed Solar panels on my roof back in Dec 2009. My electric bill has been usually under $10 since Mar 2010 when it went online. With 4 exceptions so far in all that time, the highest was $135 and change. I used to average $150/month in 2009.

@scarletcircus @TheModerateVA Some of those long term effects are beneficial towards if not lowering electric prices at least keeping them from going up as fast.

RGGI for example does make things cost more in the short run 10-20 years, but in the long run 10+ years, SHOULD help keep electrical prices down.
